The 1-star review, in my opinion, may be a rating for the office billing department, but it is reflected as against Dr. Fischer. I have only ever found the office staff to be pleasant and professional, which is a reflection of Dr. Fischer herself. She is patient and thorough when explaining the results of tests performed and her personal exam, and she does so in layman's terms with visual aids! Follow-up visits to keep watchful track of my eye health, and Dr. Fischer's interest in me as a patient, reassures me that I've found the right ophthalmologist for the long-term.
