Bay Cabinets has demonstrated a level of integrity that, unfortunately, is absent in many business today. We have been in our house three years and the drawers in or kitchen and master bath have been failing one by one due to the tracks locking up. Bay attributed this to a manufacturing defect and informed us that the manufacturer has REFUSED to take responsibility. Mike came to our house and replaced the tracks on almost all of our drawers at no charge and promised to fix any more that fail going forward.
