Rodney and his team were absolutely amazing! We had an emergency and we called multiple other companies and one well known company quoted us between 18K-25K to replace all our units saying they wouldn’t work and were unsafe to use. They turned off our units and told us that we shouldn’t turn them on until they were completely replaced. A child in our rental home is battling cancer and cannot be without heat and the other company knew this. When Rodney came out (the same day we called him) he explained in depth what exactly was wrong with one unit and he was able to temporarily and safely get our heat working again until we could afford to replace the systems. My AC completely went out, some of the hottest days of the year. I called & Rodney quickly returned my call & scheduled to come over the same afternoon. He immediately fixed the issue. Professional, courteous, friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Southern Comfort Air!
