Had a leak in my kitchen from the bathtub above on 8/10. They came to investigate and found a small hole in the bottom off the tub on 8/14. The house is new so they said they would discuss with the builder on how to proceed. A few days later (8/17) I received a text from them accusing me of causing the hole. They asked if whoever “recently” installed the shower curtain rod had dropped a tool and said that was the only thing that made sense because he saw the empty box to the rod in the trash when he was here.
