While I had my bulldog my experiences here have been great, all the way to the very end of her life.. the ladies in the front are very professional, caring and patient, same with the Dr.
I knew they did all they could for my baby Stella and I appreciate them for the compassionate support i needed during my time of loss.
Thank you Sterling Park for the endless patience and support.

I went in for an advertised $0 second-opinion consultation for a mass on my dog’s chin and ended up being charged over $600 for unnecessary tests. I left that appointment completely devastated after being told my dog might have lung cancer.

Next day, they called me back to say there was actually no cancer and that we were “good to proceed with surgery” to remove the mass. The experience was confusing, stressful, and emotionally draining.

I went back to my regular vet, who removed the mass with no concerns of cancer. For my peace of mind, we sent it to the lab — again, no suspicion of cancer, and I was told that chest X-rays were not necessary and not the correct first approach.

Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vet.
No, I would not recommend this clinic — ever.

I brought my dog here for a teeth cleaning and overall check up and she received phenomenal care! The prices are extremely reasonable (hard to find in this area), and the staff and doctor really cared about my dog. I will surely be returning and referring friends and family in the future.

Best vet ever. We take all our babies here and they are always treated amazingly and with kindness. When we lost one of our babies the entire office was supportive and helped walk us through everything. It’s the best vet office we’ve found around here.

I love them. I recently moved to Sterling, and shortly after, one of my cats died. I'd yet to establish a relationship with a vet, so was unsure how I'd be able to have her cremated on short notice. They "retroactively" made her a patient and took care of everything the same morning. When I picked up her cremains a few days later, Dr. Eastin made it a point to come out to my car and offer his condolences. I've been back several times since with my other cats and the front desk staff and vet techs are always super friendly and outgoing. I really appreciate everyone there.

This place is AMAZING! I am from Ohio and was just here visiting my family. One night, I noticed one of my cats had her bone showing on her tail!! Since it was night, I called around to ER vets, and they quoted me about $1000 just to be seen. This was not something I could decide lightly. My family convinced me to try their vet in the morning (Saturday). We called Sterling Park Animal Hospital right when they opened and explained my cat's injury. They were able to fit me in within just two hours of the phone call. I arrived very emotional due to my cat's injury, and the staff made me feel comfortable and able to trust them with my kitty. They showed compassion for not only my cat but myself as well. I could tell by the way she was gently handled and examined. Dr. Easton and his staff decided to stay late on Saturday, so my kitty could get her tail amputated as soon as possible. Normally, there are no surgeries on the weekends, but they made an exception due to my kitty's health. This made me feel so grateful and indebted to them all. I was a nervous wreck the whole time I waited to get her back. When she was finally brought out, she looked the same. I was stunned because I thought she was going to be a mess and very angry. I was very happy to see my kitty looking fine after her surgery. The doctor and nurse came out to talk to me again and reassure me the surgery went well. I took my kitty home with her tail bandaged, which was done perfectly so her tail did not swell or bother her.
They were even able to get her catheter in on the first try which was not the case at my normal vet. They called me right when they opened Monday to check in and see how my kitty was doing! I was so surprised and grateful they called to check in. They were able to get me in for a recheck and change her bandage, and I was again able to experience very kind and compassionate service not only to me but to my kitty as well. This place took great care of my injured cat and showed me what a good veterinary practice is like. I would suggest that anyone who wants quality care for your animal and yourself to go here. Shout out to Audeen and Shana who were amazing!

My dog is still currently under the care of this hospital, so he's not out of the woods yet. However, I really felt the need to write a 5 star review specifically for Rachel at the front desk, who has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every time we have spoken over the phone. She addressed all my questions in detail, and she has just been a real pleasure overall. Amazing administrative staff at this facility, which helps me believe that my dog is in good hands with them!

The were vary concerned about my dogs health and about the price we would have to pay to help my dog. It seem to make it all worth it.
