I’ve been to a few dental offices, but Cascades One Dental truly stands out for their attention to patient comfort. Little touches like providing a neck pillow and cozy blanket during my appointment made me feel relaxed. The staff was friendly, professional, and focused on making the entire experience as comfortable as possible—I actually didn’t mind being at the dentist!
I had my first visit at CascadesOne Dental today. I have dental anxiety due to trouble with novocaine and anesthesia and they were recommended.
The Sterling office is really lovely. Reminds me more of a med spa! It was more calming than old dingy office with aging cardboard ceilings and bad lighting. I saw Kelly who was so kind and relatable. She heard any concerns I had and did a thorough but comfortable cleaning and X-rays. Dr. Makkar came in to talk about my care as well, she was also so nice and knowledgeable.

Dr. Ruparelia is truly a tooth whisperer. In my experience, he is one of the finest dentist/dental surgeon in the country, and I would gladly continue as his patient even if he relocated his practice elsewhere. I've been coming to this practice since 2018, and over the years, my trust in his expertise has only grown stronger.
I wouldn't let anyone else work on my teeth.
