As a first time visitor, Kim made me feel so welcome! I had never gotten a wax before but she explained the whole procedure and aftercare to make sure I understood. I really enjoyed the time I spent here and I felt like the service provided was amazing. Thank you Kim! I will be returning :)

I almost never write reviews, but Kim deserves every bit of praise. She is beyond amazing at what she does. Not only is her work flawless every single time, but she has this incredible way of making you feel comfortable, confident, and completely at ease from the moment you walk in. She’s warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her clients. She explains everything, checks in constantly, and makes the whole process so smooth that I actually look forward to my appointments — which says a lot for waxing!
