Larry came on a holiday weekend to assist with repair of our HVAC. He was polite and knowledgeable with helping with water leaking from our HVAC unit. He installed this unit 10 years ago and advised the semi annual maintenance plan, which was reasonably priced and likely would have prevented the problem we were having. This is the first time I have come across such a high caliber HVAC professional. I got the privilege of working with Lary. He did a detailed diagnosis of my BOSCH units, we have two 3 Tons units. He provided the exact issue worked with BOSCH to get the parts came back with supporting tech and completed the job to my satisfaction. Excellent group of folks on the field and I the office.
