Customer service was great, they repeatedly worked to get my appointment moved ahead to get me in sooner. It’s nice that they also offer the Virginia Dental subscription that covers two visits per year for $279. The ladies inside are always nice and will treat you like family

I haven't been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time. After moving out of state and adjusting to a new phase of life, the years went on, and dental care took a backseat. The anxiety and fear surrounding the idea of finding a new dentist seemed to grow from a molehill to a mountain. Then there came a day when I had a dental emergency and found myself at the door of Scottsville family dentistry.I was greeted by a kind receptionist and shortly after taken to the back for x-rays and assessment. Everyone at Scottsville Family Dentistry has been extremely courteous, skilled, and compassionate. The doctors and staff make everything go smooth and stress free. Lee is a very skilled and gentle hygienist, and knows her trade well. Great communication all around. I highly recommend!
