ALL of the women who work here are kind, professional and super sweet. Crystal did my hair today. She spent 3 1/2 hours undoing the mess of color I did to my hair. I had lots of old black hair dye mixed in with some loud red. She corrected all of it! I ended up with a warm auburn color. She also cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it! She took great care of me and I will return.

It had been quite a while since my last haircut, and even longer since I’d had highlights. Kyle did an outstanding job—my hair looks amazing, and I can’t wait to show it off to my coworkers! All of the stylists were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to salon.

Walked in to an appointment to get my son’s haircut and was not greeted. A staff member saw me from the back and said nothing, started folding towels… 30 mins later I tell the guy I had an appointment 30 mins ago for my son, the lady FOLDING THE TOWELS starts getting her station ready for my son. Also, she did not interact with my son at all, didn’t tell him what she was doing, just laughed when he asked when she will be done. Mind you he is 4 years old. Usually my experience here is very pleasant but this one was not.

I just got my hair highlighted and trimmed by Dylan. I’ve gotten my hair highlighted for years at many different places, but this is seriously the prettiest it has ever turned out. Whatever toner color he used looks beautiful.

I’ve never left a hair appointment in tears before but that changed today. I booked an appointment for a “signature haircut” and maybe I’m wrong here but I felt like I was pretty direct with what I was looking for. I have been growing my hair out for months and I was finally happy with the progress I had made and I had explained that to my stylist (who’s name I can’t recall) and maybe I needed to be more blunt about the fact that I did not want to walk out of the salon feeling significantly shorter but that’s what happened. I was hoping for just a dusting in the back and then a trim on my bangs. But I left with about 4-5 inches off. Nothing to be done about it now, and I really only realized that he had chopped off significantly more than I wanted after it was too late. But just a warning for anyone who wants a TRIM that you may be walking out with half your length gone.
