I’ve been driving for 11 years and have never taken my own car for servicing. Today, I decided to change that and take my car to Valvoline for an oil change. Now, I feel silly for ever not wanting to. The experience was quick and easy and the staff I encountered were friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy additional things or made to feel dumb. I will definitely feel confident to return by myself in the future.
I had such a great experience. I got my oil changed and I barely had to wait and then they changed it quickly while I just stayed in my car. The two young men that helped me,were also super nice on top of being so efficient. Highly recommend!!
Mr. Mitchell was amazing. Excellent customer service. Great communicator, respectful, kind and you can tell he has experience! Will come back to this same Valvoline just because of him!
