Amazing work! She knows just where to massage to help! Spends time finding out about your pain and discusses a plan. Best massage I have EVER experienced. Truly a blessing! She knows her stuff.
Can't say enough good.
I won't get into all the reasons why I need myoskeletal/myofascia massage, but I've had more than my fair share of massages of all types. It's difficult to subjectively rate how you experience pain, and it's equally difficult to rate levels of relief. However, after having two sessions with Jen, I can objectively call out the following: she knows where I need work done because my body can't lie; she works within my body's tolerance and my thresholds for pain, ROM, etc.; and, simply put, she cares. Jen is magical. I've never been able to get a massage without having my sacral area hurt more than when we started. We are making progress with loosening this area. In addition, I sent my husband to see her and he said it was the best massage he's had in this area. (He's tried other therapists.) I can't wait for my next appointment.
