Overland Therapeutic Massage

Amazing work! She knows just where to massage to help! Spends time finding out about your pain and discusses a plan. Best massage I have EVER experienced. Truly a blessing! She knows her stuff.

I won't get into all the reasons why I need myoskeletal/myofascia massage, but I've had more than my fair share of massages of all types. It's difficult to subjectively rate how you experience pain, and it's equally difficult to rate levels of relief. However, after having two sessions with Jen, I can objectively call out the following: she knows where I need work done because my body can't lie; she works within my body's tolerance and my thresholds for pain, ROM, etc.; and, simply put, she cares. Jen is the best of the best!! She listened to and addressed my concerns, and even taught me a few stretches I can do at home to manage my pain between appointments! You can tell she has had great training and truly cares about the well-being of her clients!
