Terrible experience. Kelly was extremely late (45 minutes) to my appointment that was made a week in advance. I requested to dye my hair a natural blonde. Initially at my consult she told me she would take several sessions to gradually lighten my hair. Before I knew it she had bleached my hair completely and toned it silver, not blonde. I swear she completely forgot what I had asked for and it was my mistake to trust her. The most bizarre part was she left me alone in her studio to go purchase the toner! She had a week beforehand to get everything! I should have walked out then, but I was half bleached at that point. I'm not a confrontational person so I pretended everything was fine and left. Two days later and all the silver tone I did not want had completely come out and I was left with synthetic feeling, fried, bleached hair. Had to fix at another salon. A good friend of mine had a similar experience but with a mangled haircut. Never going there again.

she is the best hair stylist! anytime I ask her for something different, she nails it!! kelly also does a great job educating me about products and what is good and bod to use on my hair! very knowledgeable as well as awsome ;-)
