Cannot thank you all enough! My family was heading home from TN to MA, we hit medal on the road and blew a tire. These guys got our tire fixed in less than an hour and we will get home safely.

While traveling on a Sunday one of our tires was losing air. We were so lucky to find this store open on a Sunday but also they were able to get to us after a short wait. They identified the TPMS sensor was bad, ordered from the parts store and we were on our way in less than 2 hours. Huge thanks to James and Martin. You rock !Service: Tires

Had a nail in my tire that cannot be fixed due to safety issues on the outside.which was verified by my regular mechanic earlier that day! My mechanic cannot order the tire from his distributor direct. So he called this location to see if it could be ordered?( tire was discontinued. )Zack found one and has it overnight. Zack call to let me know tire was in early and they could mountain balance it for me.I know most firestones have a bad reputation.but this one standout as a good one!!Thank you Zack and team !Service: Tires
