I got my hair cut by Miranda and my experience was great! First of all I needed an urgent haircut before sorority recruitment and had to make an early appointment on a day where the weather was not so good. I felt very bad about it but she did not make me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome at all. My hair also turned out perfect. I have a thyroid issue that causes some breakage and uneven hair fall, so before it kind of looked like a very choppy haircut and I felt very self conscious about it and I was unsure if anyone could fix it. It was my first time with Chelsea and I am very satisfied with outcome of cut and color (low&high lights). I have difficult hair and easily over-processes and she was able to figure out the combination on her first try!
