The customer service was excellent. My main contact was Chris Laughorn. Chris walked me through the project as a first time contractor. He helped with the design and various changes along the way. The installers were very professional and worked tirelessly. They came to me when they had any questions before proceeding. All in all a great experience and I'm very satisfied with the final product.

Jeff Laughorn has been great to work with. He came out on the lot and greeted me and from the beginning he has followed through. I had been looking for several months and was getting more and more confused. He spec’d out what I was trying to do for my shed and was very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing two buildings from him simply because of him. He made my experience very enjoyable and I highly recommend contacting him if you are in the market. One of my needs was to actually set down and talk it through and make sure I had exactly what I needed which made it even more less stressful!!!
