My weekly trash service is a 5 star. They have always been reliable and the few times I saw them, they were always very friendly. The bi-weekly recycle service is a 3 star at best. They are not reliable. Many times my recycle bin has sat on my curb for weeks at a time before they come. When they do come the overflow boxes and plastics are just left on my lawn by the street. For these reasons, overall I give them 4 stars.

This company used to offer great service. They were worth the extra money you pay with them. But, they have subbed out my route to some small time company that shows up in a pickup truck. They don't even take all of the trash. I pay nearly $60 per quarter for this poor service. I am switching companies.

I have used WM for the past 30 plus years, I have no problems with their service. I enjoy being able to pay my bill on line and their service is outstanding.Services: Dumpster rental
