We've been customers since 2020 — over 50 service visits, never missed a payment. Today we canceled.
The technician who showed up on 6/11/26 was a termite tech, not a mosquito specialist — sent without any heads-up. I watched the service in real time via our cameras. He didn't spray the back yard grass, didn't treat the trees (front or back), didn't touch the butterfly bushes, didn't go near the house, the back patio, or the driveway. No standing water inspection. No larvicide applied anywhere. The whole thing — front and back yard combined — took less than five minutes.
When I asked if he'd read our account notes, he hadn't.
What makes this worse: I made this exact same complaint to local management about a year ago. Spoke to a manager. Spoke to someone senior above them. Was told it would be fixed. It wasn't.
Five-plus years, consistent payments, and this is the level of service they deliver. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I am sitting at the back of my house and I don’t think Darren came in the back yard. I have a creek bed that holds standing water and that is where the mosquitoes breed. He was not hater five minutes and I have lots of bushes as well.
