Denise, Shemeka, Pam, AnnMarie, Bonna, Chelsea, Ashlee, and Trevor were all amazing. Whatever we needed they supplied. They all work so hard and truly care about what they do!!! Protect them at all cost!!
I don’t normally do google reviews but my Aunt has been experiencing some major health challenges after her stroke in June of 2025. She’s now been to LOBA twice and each time Pam (I think she’s a nurse or case mgr). I’m not sure what she is to THEM but to ME, she was heaven sent! I was going through a surgery myself and this woman was the MOST amazing, patient and present person I’ve ever dealt with in a hospital. The staff there was incredible and I’ve never felt more comfortable for my aunt to be in a facility since her stroke. People PLEASE don’t overlook Laurels at Bon Air. All the staff (nurses,aids,housekeeping,kitchen) were great and caring-just needed more aids for help. Crystal and Wendy were especially caring for my mother. Ashli also made sure my mother was showered before she was moved out. Thank you all for caring for my mother as if she was your mother.
