Joyce took my call and there was a plumber at my house in 2 hours. Chris was able to open my drain with his “jet”. Super cool machine that power washed my sewer. He used a camera to make sure he did a good job. What a great customer experience.
Bill Khan and Brian Allen were absolutely fantastic with my water/sewage restoration project. Bill, Brian, and the entire team were very professional and punctual, even working Saturdays as needed. Their level of knowledge was unparalleled and were integral in helping me deal with insurance. Hopefully, I won’t have another water mitigation issue again, but if I do, Roto-Rooter will be my first call. Thanks again for all of the help. Kevin S.
Pros - Jarrett did a phenomenal job! He provided thorough explanations for the work that needed to be completed and provided me with updates throughout the repair process. I am highly satisfied with the results and would recommend Jarrett to anyone in need of service.
Watch outs - Pricing is a bit on the higher side for parts and labor, BUT I will say that they arrived on-time and had the issue resolved within the same afternoon.
