Every is very professional, super nice and caring from the moment you call to walking in the door to working with the therapists and the assistants. Everyone chips in once you finish your current exercise to start you on your next task. Highly recommended facility, plus they have very accommodating hours starting early am with some late nights.

Today I graduated from my second stint at Richmond PT, and I highly recommend this office. (I had 2 separate injuries, years apart.) The therapists I worked with were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The assistants took great care of all the patients by preparing equipment and answering questions. The front desk staff were nice and always got all the insurance stuff right. Overall, Richmond PT provided great customer service. And, through the work they did with me, I understand more about my injury and I'm a lot stronger now than when I started. No one wants to go to PT, but if you need it, this is the place to go.
