The quality provided by Puritan is top notch. I brought some pants in to get hemmed and some shirts to get dry cleaned (one with water stains) and it was all done quickly and perfectly.That said, for a new customer, coming into this location was a little overwhelming and the staff at the counter seemed impatient when I interrupted their chat with someone not in line to be helped and again when I didn't know where to go for the hemming vs the dry cleaning. The intake for alterations was also very quick and cold, seeming more interested in getting me out of their way faster than anything else. Not just the friendliest dry cleaners I've been to but possibly one of the friendliest establishments I've encountered in quite a while! Every employee was so pleasant and happy including those who weren't helping me. Their service was fantastic as well as the quality of their work. Highly recommend this location.

I particularly love the Staples Mill location. I’ve been to lots of cleaners in my life but I have gotten the best service for cleaning, alterations, & cordial customer service at this location. It feels like they really care about their work and are honest about stains etc. that cannot be corrected for whatever the reason. You cannot beat that.
