Laura McNeil is highly knowledgeable about the human anatomy and is a skilled Yoga specialist. Four years ago, I had never been exposed to Yoga and was recovering from serious surgery to my chest. Laura patiently and thoughtfully worked with me and used Yoga as a tool, given my need to regain flexibility, strength and balance within my body and mind. Today, I am in a stronger position because of Laura and how she applied the principles of Yoga, given my unique situation and needs.
