I called on a Wednesday for a short-notice appointment to close out a lease. They were able to fit me in Friday morning which worked perfectly. They charge per room. I had two oversized rooms (combined dining/living, and a large master br with walk-in) and two undersized ones, so he just charged for four rooms because the sizes averaged out, and didn't charge for the short hallway.It's cash or check only for payment (in my haste to book I forgot to ask).
