Although I did not make my purchase from Jeter's the folks there are friendly and accommodating. I was quoted a significantly lower price from a competitor so that made my decision for me.

Some of the best customer service and project execution that I’ve experienced since becoming a homeowner five years ago. I have absolutely no complaints; pricing was reasonable, the carpet was installed seamlessly (literally), and the quality of everything is top notch. We had a Mohawk carpeting installed for a playroom and it is so incredibly soft and durable. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle-free, high quality, and pleasant flooring experience!

We had flooring installed in our new addition back in August. A problem popped up in December. We called and they sent James. He came out and diagnosed the problem, and then went about fixing it for us. Even though the problem did not originate with the initial installation. In other words, it wasn't their fault.No argument, no "it's not our fault," just fixed it. Great customer service is so refreshing!! Thank you, Jeter's and James!!
