After my old HVAC system died, HowardAire was recommended to service the unit. They explained the issues and the cost for repair. Since the unit was about 17 years old, I asked about the cost to replace instead. There was no hard sale or push to buy a new unit. Instead Marcus explained the options and left it up to me. I opted for a new install and I am glad I did. The install didn't take long and they even cleaned up behind themselves. The next day they sent a person to check the system and a few days later I received a call to make sure everything was still working well and if I had any questions. Now that's customer service at its best.

The team at HowardAire replaced an 18 year old heat pump. The technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. They completed the removal and new installation in record time. I am very pleased with the new Trane heat pump that they installed. I highly recomend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Only giving one star because the ability to give 0 is not an option. It’s 18 degrees inside and I have been calling this company since Dec 5th to fix my mom’s HVAC . They either so not answer the phone or do not respond to texts . I finally talked to the RUDEST person today and they basically did not care that we have been without adequate heating since winter began. Told me to complain to whoever I felt fitting. These are the type of people you DO NOT want to hire. If you can avoid Lazy , lackadaisical company’s this is the one to avoid .! I will be contacting the BBB and complaining !

We were pleased that Howardaire could get us on the schedule on short notice. Brian, the technician, communicated well and fixed our heating problem quickly. He explained everything he was doing. They charged a fair price with full transparency. We’ll be sure to use them again in the future.

HowardAire provided expert attention to my heating issue with a quick response and had the system running within a very short time of arrival. Additionally, they performed diagnostic testing on both the outdoor unit as well as the indoor unit verifying the operational worthiness of the unit!

We had a terrible time dealing with our home insurance doing their job, but once we got that straight , Howardaire was on it!!! Marcus was great to deal with! He had his guys come out and replace our whole unit in a few hours , updated our wiring and thermostat, everything they installed looks great!

Be wary of Howardaire services. My home warranty company sent them to fix my hvac unit. The diagnosis was there was a leak in the line set. I don’t think they even looked at the notes of the diagnosis because they were at my house for 4-5 hrs trying to find the leak. They took out some part that wasn’t even on the diagnosis notes and said hopefully they fixed it. They didn’t. They came back out weeks later and said the evaporator coil was leaking. I had to get that replaced plus refill freon($1250). After a week, no air again. I called another company and they came out and found the leak in 2 minutes. They had to re-souder the line and put more Freon. Of course I had to pay for it. But it is fixed. I don’t understand how this very obvious leak was missed by Howardaire. I do not recommend this company.
