First time I used this company and was very pleased. The repair man showed up on time and was very courteous. He completed the repair quickly and the price was reasonable. Great customer service. Will use them again in the future.
Great communication and text/email reminders. Parts had to be ordered to fix our refrigerator but they came within a day and Sergii was here the next morning to install (on a holiday). Service was quick. Sergii was very friendly.
We used Fusion for replacing our heat pump. We got a good price and they worked efficiently, cleanly and were also really nice people. I also called them for a problem with my Electrolux oven. I had locked it for cleaning and couldn't get it to open. There was nothing wrong with it and the person who came patiently explained what to do and what I had done wrong. We live in Hanover, so not close- but they only charged me a minimal amount. This is a nice honest company of good people.
