Brian from ecoshield came out upon request to treat our house for an unexpected ant problem. He did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to fix the problem. We are expecting family from California. We will be a lot happier now. Thanks to ecoshield.
I've been serviced by Eco Pest Solutions for about a year now; and I am very pleased with both the extermination and maintenance packages. My technician, Tyquan is professional, polite, and extremely detail oriented. He treats all the problem areas in my home and inquires whether I have identified any additional or potential sources of infestation. Tyquan is also informative, suggesting common sense remedies to prevent infestation from occurring.
Brian was excellent! He did an amazing job providing exemplary customer service! He was working outside as we normally just have the exterior done. I asked if he could do the interior today too. He was able to do the interior and exterior of our home on the same day without having to reschedule for a different day.
