exact conversation Good afternoon, I need to have a conversation with the office manager or the vet concerning the rude treatment I was given on 2/3/2022. I called to get an appointment for Kayden for his ears. I called at 8:??? in the morning. At 2;30 pm no one had gotten back to me. I talked to Skylar on both calls. On the last call I was told that "she couldn't stop what she was doing to take care of me." In a not so professional or friendly tone Skylar said " she would get back to me by the end of the day." I am quite sure if you treated everyone in this manner you would not have any customers. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
