Every single staff member I came in contact with was excellent. Quick check in and check out process. Michele Rhoe, PA and the staff member helping her were simply amazing. I wish I could remember her name. They were both efficient, personable and professional and competent. They made me feel completely comfortable. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you so much and I definitely look forward to coming back for my follow up and future care.
They have gone above and beyond helping me diagnose a skin problem and to help get a very expensive medicine covered and provide samples during the time when I could not get it and the communication with the office staff through the portal has been exceptional. Costs are what they are with any dermatology office. I highly recommend this office.
I am very pleased with Dr Ridpath and the staff at the Reynolds office. I love their wall art and open, roomy waiting area that has a whole wall of windows to enjoy the outside. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.
