I've been seeing Dr Koontz for about 4 years. I have chronic illness. He is very compassionate and concerned. He has helped me immensely and always takes the time to listen to my needs and concerns. His staff is also friendly and helpful and I just adore his nurse Beverly. I am always greeted and treated with respect. I'm grateful.

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Paige Rackliffe. Being a healthy young adult. I never really felt the need for a primary care doctor but I decided it was time for an all over check up. I am very happy to have met such a caring and friendly doctor. She is easy to talk to, listens to your concerns, and overall had a great appointment. Compared to my previous doctor visits I didn’t feel rushed and felt taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Rackliffe to anyone that is looking for a PCP!

I've been seeing Beth Rhamy for years and I won't see anyone else. I drive from Mechanicsville to see her. A few years ago I was having issues with my gallbladder and no one would listen to me or help me. On the first visit with Beth, she not only listened to me but referred me for testing within a few days time. I never feel rushed seeing her. She takes her time to hear me out and if they do blood work, she lets me know the results by the next day with a breakdown of any changes and any concerns. There's very minimal wait time and the staff are very friendly.
