Vicki and Ken are the best. Their guidance through the process was remarkable. They are great communicators with a willingness to listen. They have many years of expertise in the business, They are encouragers. I could have never handled all the legal paperwork without Ken's guidance. He kept me on track. Their knowledge of buyers, market, and staging was crucial. We did a lot of brainstorming. I was constantly kept in the loop. Although to me it seemed like forever, the house was sold and closed in 90 days. You will not regret hiring Vicki and Ken for your next Sell and/or buy. Myra Starnes
