Very pleased with the level of service here today. I previously went to Verginia Eye Institute and the customer service was terrible. It was hard to make an appointment and once you show up it took forever to be seen, sometimes an hour.
I called Clifford Roffis & Associates this morning and got an appointment within hours. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.
