Ordered a pair of glasses which I was told it'll be ready in a couple of weeks. Glasses came in much earlier but I was never notified.When I received my transitional glasses, I noticed they did not change to shades while driving on a sunny day. Thinking the transitioning effect was not added, I later learned from the office that they don't work in cars with UV rays windshields. I was not told this when I ordered the glasses. if I was given this info I would have not wasted my money on this useless feature that only works while outside of your vehicle.

I was greeted kindly, treated with respect and very satisfied with service. I got an eye exam and they suggested for contacts as well. I asked many questions and got an answer for every one! Clean, quiet and fast!!! Michael "Mike" Osterhoudt is great ?

I have been going there for years. The staff had always been super super friendly to me a I enjoy going there for my exam. However I find their mask policy funny because they ask people to wear them but most of the staff do not wear them or they wear the masks incorrectly.
