CeCe, the owner, is very professional and personable. She understands my hair type and assists me in making the right decisions on which braids will be best for my hair. While some shops see you as a dollar sign, she values quality over quantity which is greatly appreciated. -Nikki
My first time coming here everybody was nice I just wanted my hair braided on top and I called Aida African Braids she try to charge me 175.00 - $200.00 thank God for Cece African Braids and she charge me $120.00

Iesha has been doing my hair for years up in Washington DC when she was working at Fatou on Benning road Southeast. She moved to Richmond VA and I end up moving to Richmond last year and I reached out to her and she's back doing my hair as if I never left. I love the shop everyone is so welcoming and polite. Come to CeCe's if you want some up-to-date braidings twist, knotless, feeder and so much more you won't be disappointed.
