We had a small leak in our bedroom ceiling we wanted repaired. I always get three estimates. The 1st company would not consider a repair and insisted on replacement of all three sections of roof. I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service, communication, and professionalism from start to finish. The roofing inspection was thorough, detailed, and explained in a way that was easy to understand. They took the time to clearly walk me through the roof condition, findings, recommendations, and roofing estimate, answering every question along the way.
The communication was exceptionally clear explanations, and absolutely no pressure. I really appreciated transparent and professional approach to the inspection and quote. It was refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values its customers and takes pride in doing quality. Truly unforgettable

My experience with Best Choice Roofing from the Richmond VA office was exceptional. My representative was Kimberly Fisher and I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and yet personable. I was quite surprised at how thoroughly she performed the roof inspection itself. Afterwards she showed me video and pictures detailing the damage she found and explained in a way that actually made sense of it all. Finally, both her product presentation and financing proposal were top tier. She did an all around phenomenal job!
