Avenues Dermatology scheduled me for a visit within 6 weeks which was much faster than any other office I contacted. I was taken in on time and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. Wednesday I had a suspicious mole removed and Dr. Pfieffer was both cordial and professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend.

This is by far the best doctor and staff! I have searched for quite some time but I'm so glad I finally found Dr. Phieffer! I had a very painful cyst that other doctors would ignore and just tell me to apply heat to it. Dr. Phieffer took care of the issue and she's nice, very knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen. ALL of the staff are very nice as well. No matter how many times I come, they remain the same every time.Felicia is awesome as well. No matter how many questions I may have, her and Dr. Phieffer answered them all and never made me feel like I'm being a pest. It's hard to find a great doctor that's nice along with all the staff. Best doctor and staff ever! I searched and so glad I found Dr. Phieffer! My "chocolate chips" aka moles on my face were becoming increasing more annoying (quantity and size) so I made the decision to have them removed. Because of "my chocolate chips" are in what is called the "goggle" area, I was referred to Ms. Felicia and Dr. Phieffer's team. I am SOOOOOOO pleased with how they approached the removal and how they took care of me during the process. Both are very nice, very knowledgeable, and took the time to listen.Each time I come in, they have been the same and no matter how many questions I may have, they answered them.It's hard to find a great doctor that's nice...read full review
