I had to go back the salon to redo my hair because I was not happy with the results I got during my first appointment, so Cristina had to take over..She is a total rockstar, she took the time to make sure we both understood each other and what I wanted for my hair. I was very happy with the end results.
Such a great experience. The salon itself is beautiful and very inviting. Skyler the stylist that did my color and highlights was amazing! She looked at the photos/ideas I brought and discussed with me the best way to make my hair dreams a reality and she absolutely nailed it! I am obsessed with my new color. Alana Kai has to be the best salon I’ve been to. The staff is super sweet and kind. The atmosphere is so clean and pretty anf Autumn is amazing! She always gives me great dimension and a beautiful baylages. She is so talented.
