I have a procedure there Monday and haven't received the prep necessary. You only get voicemail. I left a message Thursday and Friday. I suppose I'll get charged for a missed appointment when I don't show Monday because I never got the prep which is needed. Also, their website is now a gambling site, so I don't know if they're even still in business.

GASTROHEALTH - RESTON - I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Worst experience with a doctor's office!! I don't know if they are understaffed, overscheduled or what, but it takes forever for them to go over records or get back to their patients. I have been ignored and treated poorly. Essentially, I have had symptoms for over a year now with no end in sight, so I'm switching to another healthcare provider. This is not the way any patient should be treated. Do not go here for your healthcare needs!

This was actually one of the worst experiences of my life with a doctors office.I am military on Tricare. I got referred here because there were no appointments on base. I saw the doctor who seemed good and attentive and put in for colonoscopy and endoscopy. I had been the middle man for my insurance and this office and my primary care to get the colonoscopy approved and I called about 20 different people to find answers and this office has no clue what to do. Everyone else but this office knew that they had to put in for the colonoscopy but they refused and for some reason the endoscopy was approved but not the colonoscopy.
