He was extremely informative and willing to help as best he could for the safety of my family. It was 7pm when we called, and he was still willing to talk with me and give me the best advice that he could.
Coake was a life saver, literally. The GFI outlet in a bathroom shorted out the other outlets on the line as well as the lights to the bathroom. Brent came out right away on a Friday and tried to repair. He was not able to track down the problem Friday evening and came back Tuesday, working diligently to solve the issue. He was able to track down the problem to a poorly installed ceiling fan in another room that had melted wires. He repaired the wiring to the fan and installed the outlet.
