While some doctors may require improvement in their communication skills, the medical assistants and some healthcare providers, such as Rebecca Bohman, Molly, and Tanya, are praised for their personable and thorough approach. The office offers same-day appointments and prompt medication services. Despite some layout issues, the overall experience is positive, and the staff is highly recommended.
I don't feel like a number. They make my family and I feel like part of their family. I agree some residents aren't great. But they are students trying to learn as new doctors. So give them a break. Because a lot of them are absolutely amazing.
Wonderful very nice.
I’ve been going here for a couple of years. All the doctors are nice. It sucks they are residents because when you get a good one they graduate and leave. I’m all for that and happy for them. Dr. Lindsey is the bomb.com. She’s thoroughly knowledgeable and reliable. Ever since the office and staff moved to the Epic system and this Sentara MyChart, things have been fluid. Thanks team, my health, wife and son thank you for getting me on the path to a good life!
