Took clothes there to have cleaned for my aunt. Returned today ( with ti ket in hand) and they say someone picked up on the 15th) we were out of town and no one associated with us would have know we had dry cleaning there. They insist it was someone we know picked up the items without a ticket. We have to wait more than a week to speak to a manager about clothes they lost. It isn't a money thing it's just a professionalism thing. They suck do not take anything you value there.​

VERY expensive and increased the price when I went to pick up! I took in 9 pieces: 3 men's shirts, two ladies dresses, one man's suit, one sports jacket, one pair of men's slacks. I spread them out on the counter and showed her as I handed them in a week ago. I returned today to pick up and she had increased the dresses by $1 each (one was printed poly/cotton, calf length, the other black jersey floor length); one of the shirts was for cuff links so the price went from $3.15 to $6.95! and the suit increased from $15.95 to $17.95 because she said it was a tuxedo (no vest, just jacket and and pants) but she saw clearly when I dropped off. Charges to much and she acts like she can’t understand your question when she doesn’t like it. Also stained my shirt and the work she did on my dress pants in March already came undone it’s only may. Never going back
