I've known Roy for many years. He has a great love for flowers and loves to make his customers happy. He's very knowledgeable with plants too.He's been serving the community for a very long time. And he's an excellent designer!!
My birthday was last week. Some flowers were delivered but I was out of town. I called the florist and they brought me a whole new bouquet balloon and all the day after I arrived back! Now that's service! The arrangement was beautiful and the owners and staff extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.
Everytime I have received flowers from this shop, they do an amazing Job! I wanted to send a special thank you to Jaimie. She called to let me know she delivered the flowers and I wasn't home yet so she offered to redeliver them at the end of her delivery route so they wouldn't get wilted in the heat. If that isn't customer service at its finest. I'm not sure what is. Thank you Jaimie!
