I recently had my A/C heat pump system go out. Shogun responded quickly. Robert, our tech, took the time to explain what was wrong and worked with us to get it fixed in a timely manner. He kept in contact with us as the units were ordered and shipped. and was able to get the unit installed and up and running the same day they received it. I would highly recommend Shogun, and a tip of the hat to Robert!
