I took my 16 yr old Yorkie in because he was so sick I wasn’t sure if he was going to make it. The staff from start to finish were kind and explained everything. The doctor was excellent as well. My sweet boy just needed some meds . He’s all better and doing great. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

Brought my four dogs in. My husky for a total groom and the others for nail grinding. They were very patient and kind with my dogs.

The veterinarian was very unprofessional, lacked experience, education, and even mocked treatment s that work for FIP. 2 of the veterinarians cannot read blood charts and stated my cat was bitten by a tick. Also that she would die that night. I went to another vet to get another opinion and it was the red blood count that was off. She has FIP and it is treatable.

this place is affordable but the service literally sucks, you go up front to sign in and they basically ignore you and when ur waiting for hours and hours and finally ask whats up they have an attitude 😭😭 they’re rude and snappy and its honestly barely worth the wait

The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They were also efficient in diagnosing the medical issue with our pet without reccomending unnecessary testing, procedures and vaccines like the big box veterinary clinics do. Walk ins are accepted and were timely. Check the walk in schedule before arriving. We had an approximate one hour wait outside in our vehicle and were notified when they were ready for our pet. We will be returning with our other pets.

came into this place on tuesday, and my pet peter (he’s a huge doberman) was having some sort of convulsions, the poor thing was having all sorts of trouble! but this young lady came to me and immediately saw what was wrong, and helped me in a jiffy! lady deserves a pay raise!

My Shepherd was attacked by another dog and had a lot of deep cut wounds and Chesden did a great job nursing her back to health. She had to have surgery and drains put in plus multiple stitches. I highly recommend this place. The took great care of her.

Today was my first time at Chesdin Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, one of my dogs was having an emergency. They were willing to see me which was great and I'm also in the market for a new vet since mine retired. I really liked the vet that helped us. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and cared about my dogs wellbeing. Most importantly, he made sure my dog was feeling better before I left. His staff wasn't as friendly, they never asked why I was there, or what was wrong with my dog. Being new, one can only expect so much. The facilities were neat and clean, and it appeared they were well equipped. All of the customers appeared happy to be there relative to their situations. Considering the varying cost of vet care, the amount I was charged for services rendered was also fair. Since I care more about the care given to my pets, I'm very happy to try Chesdin again and modify my review as needed. I need also mention that we received our first snow of the season this morning and it brought it's own difficulties to everyone's day, the vets office as well. Latitude is in order. Thank you for your service and helping my fur baby, Chesdin Animal Hospital.
