I am confused by the negative reviews as I've brought my most delicate pieces of (silk) clothing here and they delivered each one intact. The dry cleaning is top notch, but what keeps bringing me back are the alterations. The seamstress does such a good job with altering dresses and even jeans! I am always pleased with the results. Plus the price to dry clean a dress is only $10.95. They will keep having my business!
