I had a very pleasant experience with Carriage cleaners. I needed a dance costume hemmed with a pretty quick turn around. They did an amazing job, but I gave the wrong measurements the first time and had to bring it back. They were very gracious and did excellent work getting the dressed hemmed both times. We were trying to beat the clock, and they were exceptional and very kind. Thank you so much, everything looked great!

What a savior. The power went out of my house and I did not have any clothes ironed for work so I stopped by this dry cleaners and the wonderful lady ironed my shirt in five minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone that appreciates great customer service. Thank you so much.

This is the BEST cleaners in the city of Richmond. I have been going here for a number of years. They are cordial, professional, honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. They also have a quick turnaround. I would recommend them to anyone. So glad I found them.
