Mr S miller Thank you for getting cool air in the house, such a nice guy an very educational explaining the issue, now the CEO you should be ashame for up charging a $25 part to $336 dollars. I hope you split this bill with the tech. Again thank you Mr s miller for your hard work on this holiday weekend.
Mr. Hale came out to service our water heater. He did a great job and explained everything to me. I really appreciate his attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot our problems. After he did his work he made sure to return everything back the way it was. If I ever have a problem again, I know to call Norfolk Air.
Went almost 2 years without heat because of possible carbon monoxide and plus my old AC was 20 years old and falling apart. Went to these guys for plumbing issues in the past and it was a great experience, this time it was for my AC. Had a couple guys and a 19 year old kid come down and knock it out of the park. They are hard working, hilarious, all around great customer service. I swear these guys were serious Life savors and my wife and I were so grateful. It was awesome seeing how they did it so quick and efficient I never knew all the work that went into it. Felt like a fat kid watching the baker bake a pie, it was all too awesome.
