Sorry. Not sorry. You didn't do the right thing and your company will now never recover. Very bad decision on your part. 0 Stars is possible. Will NEVER consider your company for safes. Also, your "piece of mind" guarantee is quite laughable.
Liberty safes will sell you out to the feds. They have a backdoor code that will allow anyone to access your "safe". They are traitors. Search current news. The only thing safe to store in their "safes" is Bud Light.
Bought a custom order safe a year ago from Liberty Safe Hampton Road. Ordering here was no problem, but since I was ordering something outside "the normal" of what's in stock at the shop, the overall ordering process took roughly 3 1/2 months from order to doorstep from Utah & without a scratch. Still working like a champ after little over a year, but the varnish is starting to come off of the bolt lock/unlock spoke.
