The dentistry has gone downhill since Kizzy and Sonya left. Dr Cauthen could not do my cleaning properly and nor does anyone answers the phone. A few years ago she pulled the wrong tooth. BEWARE

I stopped going there years ago when I found that the whole office and dentistry seems to be dysfunctional. I for instance ask for a certain type of night guard but the next visit I went she acted like she had no idea what what I was talking about and said "we didn't discuss that". Try to rope me in to getting all 28 of my teeth capped but I went to another dentist and only needed 10 Capped. When I transferred to another dentistI asked to get a copy of my one page file and the office manager snarkily handed it to me and charged me $20 for a piece of paper. The office staff seem to have no idea about how to access files or give you a copy of anything and complain about how hard it is to find a file for you. Later I saw a lawsuit against her in a Google search. I believe my experience is that her expertise in dentistry is very limited. I'm so glad I got out of the grasp of these people. I've since had my teeth capped only 10 Capps not 28 like she wanted to do and I've been very happy with my new dentist.

Received a call from Yolanda saying my appointment needed to be cancelled due to some equipment issue and that they’d reschedule the appointment and call me back with the updated appointment day and time. Never received a call back and can never get anyone on the phone

If i could give zero stars i would. I was scheduled for my very 1st appointment on the day they were closed (Tuesday) while repeatedly receiving confirmation emails/texts to confirm that very TUESDAY appointment.

They schedule appointments on days they are closed. Wasted my time getting there to see they’re closed, yet my appointment was scheduled on THAT day. How unprofessional, i would NOT recommend this place at all.

I was scheduled for a first visit on 4/18/24 I had spoken with someone in the office the day before I arrived for appt I was told my appt was not confirmed then I was told they don't know if they were in the network of my HMO then I was told they're no longer taking new patients I was kicked out of their office pretty much worse experience ??

I'm confused they are accepting new patients, but not any new patients from my insurance company, but they do accept my insurance..... what sense does that make? So this dentistry just pick and chooses which patients they want by insurance wow

I took my then 6 year old daughter to Dr. Cauthen some years ago. She was quite rude & unwelcoming & judging by the most recent reviews she hasn't changed. Needless to say I found another 100% more competent, satisfactory & great attitude dentist.
