I recently moved to Portsmouth, VA, and I feel I have found the yoga studio to call home. Zenya has a beautifully decorated space and kind, caring teachers. I have tried several types of classes on various days, and I really enjoyed them all. With fabulous membership options and discounts, Zenya is somewhere I will love to frequent - providing a consistent boost to my overall health, strength and flexibility.

I love Zenya in Neport News. The vibe is so chill. I've taken four different classes with five different instructors.The instructors are amazing. They create a safe space without judgement. The other yogis are also warm and approachable. I haven't practiced yoga consistently for at least a year, so for me the classes are challenging. But all levels are welcome. The classes are also affordable even on a fixed income. There is another location in Portsmouth. I have not visited the studio in Portsmouth yet but I'm sure it's just as chill.

I turned 71 and decided it was time to get more stretching into my life. Never done yoga, but the classes are small and affordable as well as wonderful! I've thoroughly enjoyed my classes, and plan on continuing them. You've got to come. Zenya Yoga is great!

I love coming here, it was a new years resolution to begin taking my fitness seriously, and I couldn't have found a more welcoming place to begin my practice of yoga. The instructors are wonderful and I feel very at home here

Sarah is an excellent guide. I felt so grounded and met me where I am. I felt challenged yet within myself. Highly recommend Zenya yoga studio. I have been to both locations and always feel welcomed and peaceful.
